What is this happy thing? First of all, you need to realize that I'm lactose intolerant, so I usually don't do ice cream. I was actually on the hunt for
Popsicles, since I like to have something cold when I get back from having a river adventure with Britney, but this caught my eye. It sounded interesting, I was hot, I was hungry, so I gave it a whirl. Oh my lands! Whoa. Dangerous territory. Life was fine before I knew about this.

Yes, it really tastes like frozen cake batter. Yes, the chocolate frosting is just the perfect amount. Did I eat WAY more than I should have? Yup. Then, right after taking this photo, I very carefully put it away in the freezer. It's so good, you really only need a couple of spoonfuls! Oh, and yes, I did get the
Popsicles as well. They're not quite as good as Cake Batter Ice Cream, though, but they do the trick. Britney also
gets frozen treats-low sodium chicken or beef broth that I freeze and then give her. She thinks they're the greatest things ever!!! What do you do as a quick beat-the-heat trick?
